Creating a Google Play Developer Account

1. Developer Account Registration Process
To access the Play Console, you must register a developer account using your Google account. To create a developer account, you must be over 18 years old and have two-step verification enabled on your Google account. After completing the developer account registration, you can access the Play Console.
2. Adding Account Information
After creating the developer account registration, you must select the developer account type from the first screen on the Play Console. There are two different types of accounts: personal account and corporate account.
For Personal Account, you need to add the following information:
Past Play Console and Android experience
Website(Optional)
Developer name to be shown to customers on Google Play
Name of the contact person
Contact email address (must be verified)
Contact address
The international standard telephone number to be used for communication (must be verified)
Preliminary information for future releases
For the Organization Account, you need to fill in the following information:
Organization Name
Organization type
Organization size
Organization address
Organization phone number (must be verified)
Organization's website
Past Play Console and Android experience
Developer name to be shown to customers on Google Play
Name of the contact person
Corporate contact email address (must be verified)
Telephone number in accordance with international standards to be used for communication
Preliminary information for future releases
3. Contract and Terms Approval Procedures
After filling in your account information, you must accept the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement and Google Play Console Terms of Service on the screen that opens.
4. Account Payment Transactions
To create a Google Play Developer Account, you must pay a one-time $25 registration fee in the fourth and final step. You can complete the account creation process by making the payment with the following credit and debit cards:
MasterCard
Visa
American Express
Discover (US only)
Visa Electron (Outside USA only)
Payment cannot be made with prepaid cards.
