Get Task Detail

Meet the Get Task Detail system action.

This is a system action that allows viewing the details of tasks created within the established Process or the details of tasks assigned to an individual.

This system action supports both mobile and web applications.

To add the Get Task Details system action, click on the Process where you want to add the action. In the Properties panel that opens, click on the +Add Action button. (A)

OnClick --> Process Automation --> Click on Get Task Detail and create the Get Task Detail action. (A)

The created Get Task Detail action comes with the Step Instance Id parameter.

Step Instance Id: This is the field where tasks are called, and task details are retrieved using the tasks' Instance Ids.

To fill in the parameters within the created action, click on the Symbol Picker (B).

You can perform various operations on the Context menu (C) for the actions you create.

You can easily copy the action with the Copy option. This way, you gain speed where action repetition is required.

You can add a confirmation message for the action to run using the Add Confirmation option.

Also, with the Add Condition feature, you can specify certain conditions under which the added action should execute.

You can easily delete the action created with the Remove option.
