Claim Task

Meet with Kuika Claim Task system action.

Tasks created within the Process are located in a pool. Users can see these tasks. With the Claim Task system action, users can request tasks from the pool and can take tasks from the pool using this action.

Once a task has been claimed with Claim Task, it is no longer displayed in the pool; it is displayed under the person who has taken the task.

This is a system action that supports both Mobile and Web applications.

Select the element to which the action will be added. Click on +Add Action, which is located under the Properties panel. (A)

OnClick --> Process Automation --> Click on Claim Task and create the Claim Task action. (A)

The Claim Task action comes with the Step Key parameter.

  • Step Key: This is the field where the Instance Ids of the tasks are entered.

To fill in the parameters within the created action, click on the Symbol Picker (B)

You can perform various operations on the Context menu (C) for the actions you create.

You can easily copy the action with the Copy option. This way, you gain speed where action repetition is required.

You can add a confirmation message for the action to run using the Add Confirmation option.

Also, with the Add Condition feature, you can specify certain conditions under which the added action should execute.

You can easily delete the action created with the Remove option.
