Resume Process

Meet the Resume Process system action.

The system action is used to ensure the continuation of the process as a result of the completion of tasks in the User Task.

Like other Process system actions, it is not directly displayed in the action list.

The Resume Process action is displayed in the Process action list when the Process Step Screen is selected from the Screen Roles, and the relevant Process information is filled in.

There must be a Process within the application you are working on. Otherwise, the Process Step Screen role will not be displayed.

OnClick --> Process Automation --> Click on Resume Process and create the Resume Process action. (A)

If it's used to complete the Resume Process Step and advance the Process, Output parameters are obtained from the user.

In other words, the Screen Role field of the screen where it is used should be set as Process Step Screen, and at this time, it should be selected which Step's screen it is.

Within the created action, Symbol Picker (B) is used to select the parameter input method for the action.

You can perform various operations on the Context menu (C) for the actions you create.

You can easily copy the action with the Copy option. This way, you gain speed where action repetition is required.

You can add a confirmation message for the action to run using the Add Confirmation option.

Also, with the Add Condition feature, you can specify certain conditions under which the added action should execute.

You can easily delete the action created with the Remove option.
