Get Agent

The Get Agent action is an action that retrieves whether there is an agent appointed on behalf of the user. If the user has previously appointed an agent, the username of that delegated person is displayed. If there is no agent assignment, it will be displayed as empty.

To add the Get Agent action, click on +Add Action in the Properties panel.

Click on OnClick--> Process Automation-->Get Agent and create the Get Agent action. (A)

The Get Agent action comes with a username parameter. Depending on the username input, it shows the agent information related to the relevant user as a result.

  • Username: This is the parameter that retrieves the agent information of the person given as the Username as a result. When defining the parameter, you can use the usernames returned from the database as a result of an action as input, or you can define an email address as a fixed value.

Only one agent can be assigned to a user.

You cannot give two proxies to a user who already has an agent at the same time.

You can perform various operations on the Context menu (C) for the actions you create.

You can easily copy the action with the Copy option. This way, you gain speed where action repetition is required.

You can add a confirmation message for the action to run using the Add Confirmation option.

Also, with the Add Condition feature, you can specify certain conditions under which the added action should execute.

You can easily delete the action created with the Remove option.
