What is an agent System?

An agent system is a system that facilitates the delegation of a user's responsibilities to another team member when the user is absent. For example, let's assume you developed an application that manages leave processes. Assume there is a screen where leaves are entered and another screen where leaves are approved by a manager. In the event that a manager is on leave, the agent system greatly benefits in preventing an employee's leave from being suspended. With the agent system, the manager can appoint someone else to take their place. The appointed person, i.e., the agent, can view the manager's business processes as the manager would. This situation makes processes efficient and ensures business continuity.

Within Process Automation, users can ensure that the tasks assigned to them are displayed on their agent.

The agent system is used in the output of the application. That is, it is not exactly within the application development process but is part of the process. Users can include this system in applications as per their requests.

Within the scope of the agent system, there are Get Agent and Set Agent actions within Kuika Process Automation actions. These actions facilitate the execution of agent transactions on the user.

You cannot give an additional agent to a user who already has an agent. For example, if Admin has given an agent to User 1, user 1 cannot take another agent at the same time.
