Get Authorized Menu Items

The Get Authorized Menu Item is a system action that lists the menu items that a logged-in user in the application is authorized to see.

The function of the Get Authorized Menu Item determines which menu items will be displayed based on the user's role. In other words, different menu items may be displayed for an administrator, while different ones might appear for a guest user. It's a system action that ensures each user can see menu items according to their permissions.

Select the element where the action will be added. Click on the +Add Action in the Properties panel. (A)

OnClick→ Navigation→ Click on Get Authorized Menu Item and create the Get Authorized Menu Item action. (A)

The Get Authorized Menu Item action does not come with any parameters.

You can perform various operations on the Context menu (B) for the actions you create.

You can easily copy the action with the Copy option. This way, you gain speed where action repetition is required.

You can add a confirmation message for the action to run using the Add Confirmation option.

Also, with the Add Condition feature, you can specify certain conditions under which the added action should execute.

You can easily delete the action created with the Remove option.
